Improving the vitality and viability of Melton Mowbray Town Centre is one of the current key corporate priorities for the Council.  As such the Council employs a Town Centre Manager to co-ordinate and facilitate the work of the Melton Town Centre Partnership.  The Partnership is a non-political body, led by local business representatives for the benefit of the town centre, supported by both the Borough and County Councils and other local stakeholders including the Police & Melton Town Estate.
